In the next round, Costa Rica will face Puerto Rico while Cuba will meet Trinidad & Tobago. The American tandem of Ed Ratledge-David Fischer survived a tough first match against Puerto Rico 2 of Orlando Irrizarry- Roberto Rodriguez 21-23, 22-20, 17-15 and then beat St. Kitts & Nevis (Shawn Seabrookes-St. Clair Hodges) 21-8, 21-10.
